Founder and Principal - Grace Migliaccio

Grace is a seasoned business executive with broad functional experience in multiple world-class companies, including Walt Disney Attractions, QVC and Commerce Bancorp. As a former CHRO for a publicly-traded bank, an international private-equity owned software company and a French-owned industrial services firm, Grace has experienced a very broad range of opportunities to grow and change organizations. She is a graduate of Harvard Business School and Penn State University and has travelled and worked around the world.
Since founding PipelineHC, Grace has focused her work on growing and transforming organizations of all sizes. She specializes in attracting and developing organizational talent and translating business objectives into human performance. As someone who has "sat in the chair" of the top HR job at fast-growing and paradigm-shifting companies, she knows firsthand what it takes to grow and transform a company to achieve aggressive targets. PRINCIPAL - Deborah E. Watson, SPHR
Deborah Watson is a senior human resource executive and business strategist with over 20 years’ experience in leadership roles and the founder of Watson Consulting. She has spent her career working with demanding, high-growth organizations during periods of transition. Her strong blend of deep business knowledge and expertise in management processes and human resources enables her to readily grasp the challenges and opportunities of an organization. She works quickly with the leadership team to develop and execute the appropriate human capital strategies needed during times of transition.
Deborah spent ten years at Commerce Insurance Services, which became Conner Strong & Buckelew, a privately-held insurance and risk management brokerage firm. She is now an experienced human resources consultant in a wide variety of industries through her own firm and through Pipeline Human Capital. She is a graduate of Rutgers University with a B.A. in Economics and Political Science and has her SPHR designation.
ANALYTICS - Stephanie O. Dowling
Stephanie Dowling is an experienced operations leader with extentive customer service experience. She played a pivotal role in the growth of QVC during its early years as an operations and quality leader in its vast call centers. Stephanie drove the highly successful recruiting operations for fast-growth Commerce Bank, helping to source over 10,000 applicants per week, resulting in over 200 hires each week. Today she provides in-depth analytics to Pipeline Human Capital and our many clients.
