In our work with every kind of organization, we hear a near-unanimous frustration from both executives and emerging leaders like you: how can I grow my people/career here? What is it going to take to advance? Can I have satisfaction at work and happiness outside of it, too?

Both sides want the same thing: for you to succeed. Because when you do, the organization does, too. But it is not always that simple and cookie-cutter training and development does not always address YOUR specific developmental needs or tell you WHAT TO DO.

  • Conducted an organization-wide Talent Assessment for one of San Francisco's "Best Places to Work," resulting in a blueprint for people investments in training, development, pay and rewards and advancement
  • Partnered with one of Australia's largest public hospitals to jump-start a culture transformation, resulting in a significant increase in both healthcare outcomes and employee engagement
  • Designed a centralized, highly engaging new hire orientation for a large healthcare system to welcome 600 new employees each week and ensure that each one believes they've made the best decision of their career

Recent Projects

  • Worked closely with a company's new CEO to re-set the Executive Team dynamics for higher functioning and performance
  • Helped to restore a once-great culture at an e-commerce leader by leading a culture transformation that changed the way people, especially leaders, behaved and re-prioritized values-based decision-making
  • Dozens of Executive Coaching engagements, such as star executive at key transition from VP to SVP/ELT member 
  • Supported a new CEO in a complete organizational transformation, overseeing all leadership and people-related practices, communication and strategies including sourcing new HR Director
  • Built a team to act as "HROnCall" to 200-company portolio Private Equity firm, including in-bound queries, supporting all COVID-19 activity, numerous compensation analyses and countless other ad hoc projects
  • Created a facilitated a new kind of "Book Club" for a company, featuring a live Zoom session with each book's author as speaker in a 4-book series, which included a workshop to apply the learnings of each book to that company
